100s and Counting!

Is Your Practice Interested in Recruiting a New Physician?

SRMC offers recruitment assistance based on the community’s need.  Community need is calculated by an independent group and factors in many components, including current and projected provider density, population growth and demographics.   In addition to recruiting physicians who are employed by the hospital (for example, our hospitalist team), we can also assist with recruitment into private practices.  Support options include candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and potential financial assistance for the new physician to become established in the community.   Please contact our physician liaison, Allison Schmitt, at (540) 498-4059 or to learn more.
