Clinical Review Update Begins December 15

Clinical Review requires periodic updates to provide a more robust display of historical patient data. A utility to start the process will begin in the afternoon of December 15.

HOW DOES IT WORK? All patients currently in the hospital, those scheduled for a visit, and those recently discharged will be initialized or updated first. The utility will then update every patient in our database. We anticipate the initialization period will take several weeks to complete the entire database.

HOW DOES IT AFFECT ME? The update occurs in the background and should go unnoticed. However, in the event you select a patient in Clinical Review that has not yet processed, you will see this message: “Patient’s record is being initialized. Please wait.” It may take a minute to complete, but that’s it. Your patient’s record will now contain a full display of historical information. DO NOT EXIT WHILE THE MESSAGE IS ON THE SCREEN.

Thank you for your patience! Your IT&S Team, Capital Division
