Update for ICD-10 – New Binders

bindersICD-10 Binders have been strategically located in Spotsylvania Regional’s HIM Dictation Room, Physician Main Lounge, PACU and Physician Lounge behind the OR, so that you have another resource to review regarding upcoming ICD-Transition information.  Binders will be updated monthly with local ICD-10 information, and examples specific to Spotsylvania Regional.
