ADA Patient-Centered Resource for Accessibility

SRMC fully supports the American Disabilities Act of 2005. Our corporate ADA compliance program has been transitioning into more of a patient-centered resource for accessibility related concerns and issues. We are in the process of incorporating corporate policies to maintain compliance with the ADA. These policies are:

  • Accommodating Persons who are Blind or Have Low Vision
  • Accommodating Persons who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing
  • Accommodating Persons with Limited English Proficiency (LEP)
  • Accommodating Persons with Service Animals

You will be provided with more education in the near future. Until then, if you would like to learn more, these additional links may be helpful:

Please keep in mind that patients and visitors are covered by the ADA, and we strive to ensure that all who enter our facility are properly cared for with effective communication.
