MyHealthOne for Patients
MyHealthOne is HCA’s new secure, personalized online patient portal that connects patients and their caregivers to helpful tools and personal health records through the hospital’s website. MyHealthOne represents a significant transformation of the existing patient portal and will create an industry-leading digital experience with enhanced functionality and a simple and visually appealing user interface. What is changing?
1.  From your patients’ perspectives, we’ve changed the name from Patient Portal to MyHealthOne and increased the features and functions.
2.  From your perspective, only the patient experience is changing; there will be no change to how clinicians view and enter information.
3.  MyHealthOne meets Meaningful Use requirements and provides a single digital access point where patients can view their health information, find a doctor, make an appointment, schedule classes and events, and more.
4.  MyHealthOne protects our patients’ data behind a simple enrollment process.
5.  Patients will be able to create a profile which allows them to view a personalized history.
